Our Team Calls You
A dedicated point of contact walks you through the plot, the legal documents and the co-ownership structure, and answers every question before you commit.
Confirm with a Token
Once you're ready, our team collects the token personally and your slot number is allotted to you. Your slot appears in "My Slots" in your account.
Pool Fills to 100%
When all 24 slots are allotted, the pool closes and every member is notified. Progress is always visible on this page.
Agreement & Registration
A lawyer-drafted co-ownership deed defines each member's share, exit rights and responsibilities, and the land is registered jointly at the sub-registrar office.
Build, Hold or Exit
Develop the plot together with the group, hold your share as an investment, or exit by transferring your share to another verified buyer.
